  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Flat shipping charges apply per order. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in selected cities across Pakistan.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
